How to use Axialis Professional Screen Saver ProducerContinued. . .How to make a Screen SaverWhen you clicked on next another windows pops up.
Here you will give your screen saver a name and description and also put your name and copyright information.then click next. Before we go on I want you to look at the top and see the icons there. This is what is called the local toolbar. From Left to Right they are: Add to Librarian-Save-Cut-Copy-Paste-Stop-Play-Project Properties-Sprite Properties-Background Music-Video Clip-New Sprite-Random Sprite Path-Bring to front-Send to back-Delete-Display Full Screen-Compile SCR file
Now you are on your editing table (what I call it). The only thing that is in your side panel is the background and it is a blue gradient. This can be changed very easily. Double click on your gradient background and yet another window pops up. Here you select your background as either a wallpaper image(stretched, centered, or tiled), a gradient (you can use any colors and choose which direction it should follow), a solid color, or keep the background unchanged (this means transparent, you also have a choice to darken it). For this tutorial I will make mine transparent-unchanged. Ok now you can add your sprites. Below are the ones that I am going to use in this tutorial but you can use any image that you want.Left click and save to disk but remember where you save them to.(use as many or few as you wish)
Now that you have your images click on the little ball-New Sprite. Browse to where you saved them and click ok. Again add as many or as few as you like and place them randomly across the screen Now to add movement. Double click on any of your sprites. The sprite properties comes up. Click on the Motion tab. Here you can play around to see what does what, but make sure the Type is checked for straight line and Motion links is set to pass over and over, Vertical is a + number (the higher the number the faster it will go and anything over 100 will work, make sure you use different numbers for all of the sprites you don't want them the same) and hoizontal shouldn't be more than 10 or -10. Now click on the Sounds and Collisions tab and click the arrow, highlight Level 1. Make sure the button beside Change path is checked Almost done! Do this to all of the sprites that you added. Click on play or go ahead and display full screen because we are finished editing!! Save your project in .SSP format Now all you have to do is click on compile .scr file. When you do another window pops up, there you will see the file name of the .SSP file and you will have to state where you would like the final .SCR to be saved. You can also place it in your personal Windows System folder but you may not want to do this since this is just a tutorial. You can also set it as the current Screen Saver.Click Next. The next screen will probably be filled in for you as well but you may want to change some of the information, it's all up to you.Click next. Here is where you decide wether you want an image splash screen, text splash screen or no splash screen at all.Click next Click on Go and Compile. You have now made your first sprite screen saver!! Click next to learn how to compile a Slide Show Screen Saver!! all images, text etc. © Ellies Themes |
