The next one you see is Librarian. It is pretty simple so you shouldn't have any problems here but we will briefly go over it.

Open item-Opens item

Edit item-Opens your default program so you can edit.

Open item Full Screen-Open the item full screen but if you have auto full screen active then just open item will do the same thing.

Auto Full Screen-Makes all items open full screen when opened.

Delete-well duh :D

Send as e-mail- Ok you can use this to send just about anything via e-mail but DO NOT send .SSP files!! The person will not be able to view it unless they also have APSSP.

The import and export is just a way to move files around in your computer and I have never had the need to use them.

File Selection-Select,unselect,select all, unselect all, invert selection blah blah.

With this you can add .SSP files to your favorites so you can access them faster later. You can also modify your favorites but you can tell that since it is grayed out on mine that I have never used this feature.
